10 things to do with a finished coloring page
Colouring is only half of it. Here is what to do with the page once the pencils go down.
1. Create a Fall Garland
Cut out the finished fall coloring pages into leaf shapes. Use a hole punch to make holes at the top of each leaf. String them together with twine to create a decorative garland for your home or classroom.
2. Make Greeting Cards
Fold the finished coloring page in half to create a card. Write a message inside and decorate the front with additional drawings or stickers. Use it to send a personalized note to friends or family during the fall season.
3. Design a Seasonal Mobile
Cut out different fall-themed images from the coloring page. Attach them to a hanger or a branch using string. Hang the mobile in a window or from the ceiling to add a seasonal touch to the room.
4. Create a Puzzle
Glue the finished coloring page onto a piece of thin cardboard. Once dry, cut it into various shapes to create your own puzzle. Challenge family or friends to put it back together.
5. Turn Pages into Bookmarks
Cut the finished coloring page into strips about 2 inches wide. Laminate them for durability or cover with clear tape. Use these bookmarks for your favorite fall reading.
6. Make a Table Centerpiece
Roll up the finished coloring pages and place them in a mason jar or vase. Add some natural elements like acorns or leaves to create a festive table centerpiece for fall gatherings.
7. Create Wall Art
Frame the finished coloring page to create a piece of seasonal wall art. Select a matching frame and hang it in your living room or entryway to celebrate the fall season.
8. Host a Coloring Contest
Gather family or friends and provide them with printed fall coloring pages. Set a timer and see who can color the best within the time limit. Offer small prizes for different categories.
9. Make a Memory Book
Collect the finished fall coloring pages and bind them together using a three-ring binder. Add a few lines to describe each page for a keepsake memory book of your fall activities.
10. Craft a Seasonal Window Display
Cut out colorful sections of the finished coloring page. Use double-sided tape to attach them to your windows, creating a festive display that welcomes the autumn season.
How to print these pages
Use the PDF rather than the image, set scaling to 100% (not “fit to page”), and pick the file that matches your paper — A4 outside the US, Letter inside it. Printing in grayscale or draft mode saves a lot of ink. Full printing guide →
We hope you enjoy these fall coloring pages and find joy in the creative process. Happy coloring!
